The insides of a Methi (Fenugreek) Paratha (Stuffed Indian bread)

image

That’s what you get when you disassemble a Fenugreek Stuffed Indian Bread (Methi Paratha). Eat it with Curd and Indian Pickle. Yum, Yum! Check the recipe for Stuffed Potato Indian Bread here.

To make Fenugreek Paratha, follow the same recipe with a little exception. Instead of stuffing the fenugreek into a dumpling, you need to chop the fenugreek and onion and mix all the ingredients with the dough. You can then make golf sized balls from this dough and roll them. All other instructions remain the same 🙂
